Thank you for your interest in “IBISAR”, a dedicated webpage describing the demonstration of the service IBISAR. This webpage, realised by the IBISAR project team (SOCIB, AZTI and RPS Ocean Science) and hosted by SOCIB, accounts with the approval from Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS). The CMEMS Credits are clearly visible on the dedicated webpage.

The IBISAR dedicated webpage (www.ibisar.es) is a showcase of the service IBISAR (linked to the “Access Page”) and is designed for making the demonstration understandable by every user, enabling all visitors to easily contact the IBISAR team, to obtain information concerning the service, and to contact the Copernicus Marine Service desk, to obtain information concerning CMEMS.

SOCIB advises you that access to and use of the IBISAR dedicated webpage  are subject to the terms set out in this Legal Notice.

Access to the IBISAR dedicated webpage, and the use that may be made of it, is at the sole liability of the user. SOCIB will not be liable for any consequences or damages which may arise from this access or use, with the exception of such cases arising from application of the legal provisions which it must comply with in the course of its work.

SOCIB may, at any time and without the need for prior warning, make amendments and updates to the information contained in the IBISAR dedicated webpage, or its configuration or presentation.

Unless indicated to the contrary, all intellectual property rights for the IBISAR dedicated webpage, its graphic design and the codes it contains are owned by SOCIB. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, marketing or conversion of these works is a breach of SOCIB’s intellectual property rights.  Strictly private and educational use is authorised as long as SOCIB is cited as the source it was obtained from.

All distinctive marks or signs of any kind contained in the IBISAR dedicated webpage are protected by Law.

Damages caused to SOCIB’s intellectual and industrial property rights may give rise to it taking such action as is legally appropriate and, if necessary, to the liabilities that arise from such action.

The data provided will be included in a file held by the Consortium for the Design, Construction, Equipping and Exploitation of the Balearic Islands Coastal Observing System, SOCIB. The purpose of this file is to manage activities relating to marine sciences and oceanography promotion, dissemination and outreach.
